Meet chef bryan martin
Chef Bryan Martin believes great food should feel personal — meals that feel elevated without ever losing their warmth. Specializing in gourmet Southern cuisine with subtle Asian influences, he blends rich tradition with fresh ingredients and thoughtful creativity to create dishes that are both comforting and memorable.
His style comes to life in dishes like a blackened pan-roasted salmon served with corn coulis, cauliflower rice, and a zesty jalapeño sauce, or his “Southern Benny” — a Southern take on eggs benedict with a poached egg, pork belly, collard greens, and BBQ hollandaise on a fresh-baked biscuit. Everything Bryan creates is made from scratch, down to the smallest details — from his biscuits to his corn coulis to his house-made sauces — because he believes that’s where the difference is truly tasted.
Bryan’s experience spans everything from elegant seven-course private dinners to large-scale concert and festival catering. He has also helped develop menus and manage meal preparation for private schools throughout the Atlanta area, bringing the same level of care and consistency whether he’s cooking for an intimate gathering or feeding thousands.
After attending the Chattahoochee Culinary Program, Bryan spent years working with All About Taste through their partnership with Live Nation, serving events at venues like Phillips Arena, Lakewood Amphitheatre, and Gwinnett Arena. Along the way, he’s cooked for artists including Kanye West, The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Jay-Z, Garth Brooks, and Justin Timberlake, and contributed to major festivals like EDC and Electric Forest.
Outside of the kitchen, Bryan is a proud husband to Aimee and dad to two fiery redheads who keep life just as lively as the kitchen. Together, they built Freckled Hospitality around what matters most — family, connection, and creating meaningful experiences through food.
At Freckled Hospitality, Bryan’s goal is simple: to bring people together through food that feels thoughtful, memorable, and genuinely welcoming from the very first bite.
